As a Senior HR Product Manager, you will serve as a functional HR expert, providing vital advice and expertise to enhance business performance and implement essential human capital requirements across multiple systems. Your role involves demonstrating deep knowledge in Federal HR practices during customer interactions, supporting the design and strategic planning of HR capabilities. Additionally, you'll guide HR business analysts, engage in activities such as requirements gathering, functional design, user story development, testing, and troubleshooting. Effective collaboration within an Agile framework and clear communication with stakeholders are crucial to this role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience working with human capital technology products for federal customers.

  • 6+ years of experience in supporting federal human capital (HC) process improvement initiatives across various lifecycle stages and federal agencies.

  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a proven track record of effective communication (both oral and written) for 6+ years.

  • Strong analytical abilities with a talent for researching issues and devising solutions over 6+ years.

  • 6+ years of experience engaging with stakeholders and customers to identify and implement process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience developing business cases and strategic improvement roadmaps.

  • Agile certification, SAFe preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise design thinking.

  • Experience assisting with complex project areas.
